Out of Stock Items

These items are handmade and therefore available only in limited quantities. If you are interested in a large number of items please email me first for availability. Should any of the items you ordered be out of stock, I will email you with the option of accepting a replacement item or refunding the difference for the item(s) that are unavailable. You will also have the option of canceling your order.

Payments

Payments are accepted through PayPal only for confirmed addresses within the United States. We do not accept international orders at this time. All Virginia orders are subject to 5% sales tax.

I will also now accept Google Checkout. However, since Google Checkout is not yet integrated into my shopping cart, I will invoice you for your order total should you choose this payment method. Please contact me with your order indicating you wish to be invoiced via Google Checkout.

Saved Orders

All saved orders will be deleted in 24 hrs. if purchase is not made within that time frame.

Return Policy

Because of the personal nature of the items sold, returns of soaps and other personal care products will not be accepted. If you are not satisfied with your non-personal care items, you can make an exchange within 5 days of receipt. Return shipping to be paid by the customer. Please contact me before making a return.

In the Result of an Error

In the result of a shipping error, Rebecca's Soap Delicatessen will take every measure to correct the error at our expense. Final decisions, however, are the sole discretion of Rebecca's Soap Delicatessen.
