Out of Stock Items

These items are handmade and therefore available only in limited quantities. If you are interested in a large number of items please email me first for availability. Should any of the items you ordered be out of stock, I will email you with the option of accepting a replacement item or refunding the difference for the item(s) that are unavailable. You will also have the option of cancelling your order.

Shipping Policy

All orders placed will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days upon receipt of payment, but no later than 7 days. In most instances packages will be sent via Priority Mail or FedEx. Larger orders may be shipped Parcel Post. All orders will be shipped with delivery confirmation and can be tracked at http://www.usps.com for USPS shipments or at http://www.fedex.com/us/ for FedEx shipments. We do not insure orders USPS order. Orders shipped via FedEx are automatically insured if the contents value is $100 or less. If you'd like your order insured, please contact me me with your order and I will send a complete bill for products, shipping, and insurance.

Payments

Payments are accepted through PayPal only for confirmed addresses within the United States. We do not accept international orders at this time. All Virginia orders are subject to 5% sales tax.

Return Policy

Because of the personal nature of the items sold, returns of soaps will not be accepted. If you are not satisfied with your notecards, you can make an exchange within 5 days of receipt. Return shipping to be paid by the customer.

In the Result of an Error

In the result of a shipping error, Rebecca's Soap Delicatessen will take every measure to correct the error at our expense. Final decisions, however, are the sole discretion of Rebecca's Soap Delicatessen.

Privacy

Your information will not be sold or shared with anyone for any reason. Rebecca's Soap Delicatessen may keep your address on file for mailing out future free samples of products. If you do not want to receive free promotional materials from Rebecca's Soap Delicatessen, just email me and I will remove you from my postal mailing list.
